Our company being among the leading companies of the Turkish Metal Industry and increasing the capacity with new investments each day aims at using human resources to be a company using resources efficiently, being open to change, sensitive to employee and environment, complying with the quality standards and customer oriented.

The basis of our policy is determination of the permanent staff, determination of necessary staff qualifications and competence for each job title, planning, selection, recruitment, appointment, development of human resources, determination and planning of educational needs, carrying out career planning works in accordance with scientific methods.Also, we aim at producing new ideas by using knowledge and experience of all of our stakeholders for the benefit of companies and employees and developing innovative systems.

Furthermore, determining and applying training programs which aim to bring knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours needed to increase the professional satisfaction of the employee and to ensure the success in the job environment and evaluating the results for the benefit of the company are among our objectives.

Additionally, to be respectful to people and the environment, develop systems to prevent work accidents, make cooperation with local authorities and competent authorities more, prioritise Occupational Health and Safety and environmental factors, take precautions to be able to respond to emergencies and organize.

Recruitment Policy

Human Resources needs in our company are determined by the Permanent Staff studies. Human Resources planning is also included in the Budget Planning which is made yearly. Effective human resources which will make cooperation, always carrying our works a step further and which are highly motivated are preferred to serve for the main purpose during the recruitment process.

For this purpose, recruitment postings are published on the web portal and CVs are accepted via the application system created at the same site CVs which are sent through our corporate website are also taken into consideration. Expedient candidates from applications are determined in accordance with needs and are invited to an interview.

At the first stage for vacancies in our company, the appropriate and existing human resources in the Group Companies are being searched and evaluated. With this placements carried out inside, the employees gain sustainable momentum in their careers.

Proper orientation programs for recruited employees are prepared. The programs are presented with the cooperation to be established between Human Resources units and the unit to work. The purpose of orientation programs is to make employees comply with the work and business management and toreduce labour turnover. Within this context, the employee is informed about corporate policy, the company's organizational structure, production processes, social rights and responsibilities, working conditions, occupational safety and environmental issues.

Applying rotation program: Particularly in the first periods of starting working, the company makes the employee work in related units out of the unit they work in specified periods to increase their knowledge and experience.
